Estates IT Shortlisted For ESTAS Supplier Of The Year Award 2015
Estates IT has been shortlisted as a top 10 firm in the biggest estate & letting agent awards in the UK, known throughout the industry as THE ESTAS.
Once again, Estates IT has been recognised for its outstanding customer service to its clients by the largest and longest running award scheme in the UK residential property industry. THE ESTAS determines the best agents and suppliers in the industry through research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent or supplier. This years' competition saw 25,000 surveys completed..
The top ten supplier firms have made this year's shortlist. The 'Best in Sector' winners and the Supplier of the Year will be announced by Phil Spencer, the TV Property expert at the 12th annual ESTAS ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane on 17th April. Phil Spencer said "I think these awards help us all to focus on customer service for the greater good of our own businesses as well as the wider industry. We must all drive standards higher, raising the bar in terms of the quality of advice we offer and the level of customer care we deliver".
Simon Brown, who owns The ESTAS says "Its client feedback which determines who is shortlisted and ultimately who wins that makes the ESTAS so valuable for firms taking part. It takes a lot of commitment to enter the ESTAS and to make it to the shortlist is a great achievement in itself".
This will be only the second time Estates IT has entered The ESTAS. In 2013 we were proud to achieve the Silver Award and so would like to say a big thank you to all our clients who voted for us again and fingers crossed we can go one better this time.
