Estates IT entered the ESTAS again in 2015 and as in 2013 we achieved Silver in the "Supplier of the Year Award". A fantastic vote of confidence from our clients, one of which we are very proud to have achieved. However, in the new "Best in Sector" category, Estates IT were awarded Gold for Best Software Design. Making us double award winners in 2015. Big thanks to everyone who voted for us.

Estates IT received a Silver Award in the Supplier of the Year category at the ESTAS in recognition of their excellent customer service as voted for by their clients during the course of 2012.

The award was announced by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert at a lavish luncheon & ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane London attended by 600 of the UK's top estate and letting agents and suppliers to the industry.

The awards, celebrating their 10th year, are known throughout the industry as the ESTAS. The ESTAS determines the best firms in the industry through research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their supplier.

This year just over 2,000 agents across the UK voted for their favourite suppliers by rating them on the quality of the service they provide and the value each supplier brings to their agent business. Just entering this category speaks volumes for the confidence each supplier has in the quality of the products & services they deliver.

Phil Spencer, who has hosted the ESTAS every year since their inception in 2004 said "I think these awards help us all to focus on customer service for the greater good of our own businesses as well as the wider industry. We must all drive standards higher, raising the bar in terms of the quality of advice we offer and the level of customer care we deliver."

Being recognised for our services to the industry is especially nice when voted for by the most important people i.e. our clients! So thank you.

Estates IT Win the Propertydrum B2B Software of the Year Award 2012

On the evening of 1st May 2012 Propertydrum presented the Propertydrum B2B Awards 2012.The Awards took place at a glamorous gala dinner at the Lancaster London Hotel, hosted by comedian Dominic Holland and Propertydrum Managing Director, Grant Leonard. The Awards have been established by Propertydrum Magazine to recognise excellence in products and services in support of estate and lettings agency.

One hundred companies were nominated for the 17 awards. Of these 23 were Highly Commended and there were 17 overall category winners.

The awards were decided by a panel of industry leaders and experts. Also taken into consideration was a public vote from among the 30,000 readers of Propertydrum and The Negotiator magazines via an online poll.

The Judging panel was...
