The site is designed to display residential sales & lettings from their PCHomes Plus software.
A bit about the client..."Geoff Short founded Beam in 2008, because he wanted to offer an alternative to the lack of transparency and the low standard of ethics that were prevalent in the industry. He chose the name Beam because their mission was to bring a friendly smile and an honest approach to buying and selling property while at the same time, shining a light on the under hand dealing and miss selling that was, and sadly, still is common practice. The good news is that Beam has thrived and the vision they've shared has attracted and grown a passionate team who love, live and breathe providing an honest, ethical service for people like you!."
