New responsive website launched for Bed Student Rentals in April 2020.
The site is designed to display residential lettings from their PCHomes software.
A bit about the client..."They opened the Bedquarter Office in Garden Lane, just a hop skip and a jump away from the main Parkgate Campus in February 2018, working with just a handful of landlords and offering less than 50 rooms. Fast forward and it’s fair to say the growth and success of the business has vastly exceeded their own expectations! They are now probably the largest independent letting agent in Chester for students and young professionals."
Their responsive website has some nice functionality such as multiple area searching, featured properties, list, grid and map property results, stamp duty calculator and much more...
