They will be able to answer any questions relating to the PCHomes or PCHomes Plus Estate Agent Software and provide you with simple instructions or even log onto your desktop PC to assess any difficulties that you may experience.
Support staff are available between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm*.
*Outside of these hours calls are monitored.
Our comprehensive support and services agreement means that you are entitled to free upgrades, to the modules that you have subscribed and this is available on-line by a click of a button when logged into PCHomes - It couldn't be easier. This makes enhancements and new features readily available, helping you to stay ahead of competitors, as the PCHomes Estate Agent Software continues to be developed.
