Many websites and designers are currently accepting feeds from the PCHomes and PCHomes Plus Estate Agent Software daily. Estates IT also accept imports for RMv3 format files directly into PCHomes to provide a managed gateway to updating your website.

Do I Have To Do Anything Extra?

If you are using PCHomes already then you do not have to do anything different. The process of publishing a property as you normally do will instruct the Estates IT portals servers to action that property. Your data is updated live and exported at schedule times throughout the day to the various portals.

If you have a custom requirement, want to run the process in-house or wish to be able to adjust the data before updating your live site PCHomes acts as your gateway to the managed set of import data.
