So, OnTheMarket.com has launched but what does it mean for the average Joe looking to buy or rent a property in the UK today?
Initially, more portal searching & therefore more time consuming say some. Previously a search of Zoopla or Rightmove were virtually guaranteed to produce all the property for sale or rent in your selected area, now OnTheMarket comes along to throw a spanner in the works with their "you can only upload to us if you drop all other portals except one" policy, ensuring that a property search now has to include them as well as both the other two.
