easyProperty Launches Residential Sales Ahead Of Schedule
Once it was simply easyJet but now the easy group are everywhere! From flights to hire cars, to mobiles, to money and even pizza, now its the turn of residential sales! To add to its lettings service, easyProperty.com have launched their online Residential sales service ahead of schedule and properties are already featured on their website.
They describe themselves as " easyProperty, the new generation of estate agent. We do all the usual estate agent stuff, but with a difference. We offer a flexible service for a fair fixed fee, which could save you thousands when you sell or let with us".
For that fixed fee, they offer feeds to Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation and have three packages to tempt sellers away from the High Street. £475 easyone, £825 easytwo or £1500 easythree. These fees, displayed clearly on their website, are inclusive of VAT and must be paid upfront and in full.
For easyone, they promise to line up potential buyers, collect the offers and negotiate the best price but everything else is very much hands on and down to you.
easytwo they add the "sales progression" service to the easyone package.
The easythree package is everything above plus premium listings on the portals, an interactive floorplan and what they call "one to one viewings", although I was unable to establish what that is. easyProperty say this is the perfect option for those who want a complete service with all the trimmings.
Once signed up, you are given a dedicated account management team and a free market appraisal.
Depending on High Street agents valuations and their percentage cut, huge savings can be made if your property sells and easyProperty fees are in line with most other online agents.
However, to celebrate the launch of their home-sales service, they're offering 200 lucky sellers the chance to sell their home 100% fee-free! That, they say, is a bundle of services worth £795 - inc. VAT- which includes an advert with photos, floor plan and property description, listing on major property portals, negotiation management and sales progression.
